Adult Autism Assessment (18+)

I provide comprehensive autism assessments for adults who want to:

• Understand themselves more clearly
   
• Access workplace or educational accommodations
   
• Gain formal diagnostic clarification
   

Questionnaires before your session
You’ll complete questionnaires covering autism traits, mental health, and background history.

Optional but helpful:

• A parent/caregiver or someone who knew you in childhood
   
• A partner/family member who knows you now
   
• School reports (if available)
   

Diagnostic interview
Conducted via secure videoconference
Length: 3–4 hours (with breaks)

We explore your developmental history, current experiences, and autism characteristics in line with DSM-5 criteria. It’s completely okay if you’re unsure about parts of your history.

A support person may attend if you wish.

Assessment tools may include

• MIGDAS-2
   
• ADI-R screeners
   
• Standardised autism questionnaires and clinical measures
   

• Comprehensive written report
   
• Clear diagnostic outcome
   
• Individualised recommendations
   
• Guidance on next steps (work, study, supports)
   

Feedback session included.
Additional clarification follow-up available if needed (no extra cost).

Pre-screening service – $350
Fully online screening plus a recommendations letter.
If you proceed to a full assessment, this fee is credited toward the total cost.
